Layla has the best daddy ever!

What does Daddy do as soon as he lands at home in Germany after a year long deployment? Runs to our favorite German toy store to buy Layla birthday presents, that's what! Seriously, I can't even imagine Layla having a better Daddy than Ed, he is so amazing to/with her. She is one lucky little girl. The day after he arrived back in Germany he ran out to get Layla a couple of birthday presents so he could wrap them and send them off the following day since the mail takes so long to get here. The toy quality in Germany is so much better than here in the states. They don't have cheap, plastic toys, instead they have lots of awesome wooden toys that I am in love with. Ed found these cute fabric play food sets that are adorable. I got the box while Layla was at school, I put them all on her table so when she got home she would see them. As soon as she walked in the door she spotted them and ran over to them to start tearing in! A stuffed pig, sandwich set, and a schnitzel set that is seriously making my mouth water for German food. Thank you, Daddy, for being so awesome! We love us some Haba toys! :)
