Painting, painting and more painting

We're finally done with all of our painting! We really wanted to do the dining room and living room, we even have the paint for it, but we just didn't have time before the movers come which is already tomorrow. We'll save it, obviously, and when we get a spare second some time down the road I'm sure we'll decide to paint then. We have a beautiful burgundy/red color that we used in Grafenwoehr as well and I'm just in love with it but it'll have to wait for now. This whole last week we decided to focus on Layla's two rooms (surprise, surprise, right?) and they turned out so adorable. Now let me just say that even the "after" pictures aren't completely finished. The brown stripe going horizontally across the room will be filled in with a chair rail in the next couple of weeks when Ed has the time to do it. Her room turned out perfect! She loves it and it suits her so well!
