Today Ed had a "family day" at WLC and we got to spend the whole day with him. Layla was so happy and had so much fun playing and running around with Daddy. Layla was just talking and talking all day and telling him about what she's been doing. Her favorite thing was taking a walk and looking for slugs and snails. She would find one and then make Ed pick it up and make it "go bye bye" in it's shell. She also kept making Ed hold her "apple purse" all day. Layla had a tough time leaving him today and it makes me so sad when she has to be away from her Daddy. Only 9 more days and he'll be back home with us!
